An active project is a live project currently being tracked and managed within Quantras.
Archived projects do not count towards your active-project allowance. They remain available for viewing, reporting and export, and can be restored whenever you have an available active-project slot.
Project documents remain within your connected cloud-storage provider, such as Microsoft OneDrive or SharePoint.
Quantras stores the project information and secure links required to access those documents but does not host the files themselves.
Cloud-storage access requires an active connection to a supported provider.
Unlimited archived projects are provided for normal business use and are subject to Quantras' fair-use policy.
